An antihistamine is a drug used as a competitive histamine receptor antagonist,
which is therefore used to reduce or eliminate the effects of this endogenous chemical mediator released, among other things, during allergic reactions.

Promethazine hydrochloride 2.820 mg (amount corresponds to 2.5 g of promethazine base).

Symptomatic treatment of oedema and acute urticaria.
