Personal data that are sent to FRILAB SA by email to pharmacovigilance@frilab.ch or through the pharmacovigilance online form or by any other means can be processed by :

  • FRILAB SA, its employees, its representatives, including its “pharmacovigilance” manager and its technical manager
  • Public authorities when required by law
  • The prescriber

The aforementioned personal data may also be transmitted to public authorities when the law, a judicial decision or any other legal procedure so requires.

No data will be sold or rented to third parties.

Storage of personal data

Personal data is collected only for the duration for which it is useful for the purposes described above.

Data are filed in a binder and are stored in the technical Manager’s office.
