Dosage :

-Adult: 20 to 40 mg in one daily dose.
* Special case: After therapeutic endoscopy for a bleeding ulcer a dose of 80 mg should be administered as an intravenous bolus for 30 min, followed by a continuous intravenous infusion of 8 mg / h for 3 days.

-Child:
From 1 to 11 years
Treatment of erosive esophagitis: Weight <20kg: 10 mg / 1 dose / day; weight> 20kg: 10 or 20 mg / 1 taken / day
Treatment of reflux symptoms: 10 mg / 1 intake / day

12 to 18 years 40 mg / 1 taken / day
Treatment of erosive esophagitis: 40 mg / 1 dose / day
Treatment of reflux symptoms: 20 mg / 1 intake / day

Composition :

Pantoprazole 40 mg (as sodium sesquihydrate)

Indications :

Solution for injection or infusion indicated as gastric antisecretory when oral is not possible.
Treatment of gastroesophageal reflux, healing of gastric ulcers, prevention of gastroduodenal ulcers.
Prevention of haemorrhagic recurrence after therapeutic endoscopy.
